We are by appointment only.  Please book online. We require a deposit to hold an appointment.  


If there is a no-shows/ cancellation within 36 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be used to reschedule another appointment.  If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.


Each Microblading treatment includes a Touch-up session which is included in the treatment cost. The Touch-up session must be completed within 14 weeks of the original treatment. If you fail to follow up within 14 weeks, your Touch-up session may be subject to full price.


Timing for Maintenance Sessions are calculated from the date of the last treatment. For example, if you had your Microblading treatment on January 1st, and your Touch-up session on March 1st, then the six-month period for Maintenance Session ends on September 1st.


If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 36 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 36 hours of scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and cannot use it to book another appointment.


Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan on ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time for intake forms). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.


All treatments, packages and deposits are non-refundable.


We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions (e.g. bleeding conditions). We do not perform any semi-permanent treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18 without parental consent.
